Tom & Hannah got married in the incredibly beautiful Bassmead Manor Barns, a charming and rustic venue surrounded by open countryside in Cambridgeshire. Their sunny yellow & blue colour scheme was perfect for an Easter wedding, and we loved the use of the daisies throughout the day (especially in Hannah’s hair)! Tom & Hannah wanted a fun, relaxed day, and for their photographs to reflect this, which wasn’t difficult on a day so full of laughter!
The ceremony itself took place in Rickety Barn, an old, timber barn with stunning exposed beams and brick work. The space was adorned with fresh flowers and twinkly lights, and Cara Beard played the guitar and sand beautifully before and after the ceremony. Tom and Hannah were met with handfuls of confetti in every colour of the rainbow as they left the barn as husband and wife!
Despite an ominous weather forecast the day stayed bright and blustery right up until everyone sat down to enjoy their meal, at which point the heavens opened. The space for the evening reception was absolutely full of beautiful flowers, which were put together by Tom & Hannah and their friends and family. A night of eating, drinking and dancing followed! Huge congratulations to the lovely Hannah & Tom, and thank you for asking us to capture your wonderful wedding day in St Neots 🙂
