Alison and Nathan’s wedding took place at Cain Manor, one of the Bijou wedding venues on the border of Surrey and Hampshire. Cain Manor is a truly spectacular venue for a wedding, with its high ceilings and oak beams – perfect for photography! It’s also nestled in acres of countryside, so we were spoilt for choice with wild flower meadows and ancient pine forests right on the doorstep for couple portraits.
Tamsin French‘s floristry complimented the styling of the day nicely – delicate, mixed flower bouquets, which looked lovely against the mint green bridesmaids dresses and in the light, airy ceremony & reception space. Alison looked breathtakingly beautiful in her Maggie Sottero wedding dress, which had exquisite beading detail and a pretty scalloped hem. After the ceremony everybody spilled out into the courtyard garden for drinks, and people enjoyed the sunshine long into the evening when we had a beautiful sunset. Alison & Nathan’s first dance was incredible – they were showered with confetti from no fewer than three confetti canons! Plenty of fun, crazy dancing followed, and we’re sure continued late into the night.
Huge congratulations to this very lovely couple – it was a pleasure to photograph your wedding day for you!
