Stephanie & Neil picked the warmest weekend of the year so far for their breathtakingly beautiful wedding in the Cotswolds! The sun was shining all day, which meant they were able to say their vows under the arbour in the grounds of Hyde Barn. The ceremony itself was very emotional, and was personalised by some lovely guitar music and one of our favourite readings from Captain Corelli’s Mandolin.
Because of Neil’s passion for music (being a drummer himself in a band) there was a musical theme running throughout the day – the tables were named after drummers from famous rock bands, the letterbox was a drum, and Neil even wore drum kit cufflinks to match his tattoos! The other theme that ran throughout the day was an abundance of stunning fresh flowers by The Bespoke Flower Company in delicate shades of pink and white.
After an impressive dinner of roast beef (which was carved by guests wearing chefs hats at the tables!) everyone stayed out in the gardens until late, laughing, chatting and playing garden games until they were tempted back inside by the band!
