If you are looking for a wedding venue that offers elegance, grandeur and tonnes of history, Syon Park in London is the perfect choice. 1. It provides a neutral canvas that can be styled to your taste

Syon Park has a gloriously neutral colour palette, with lots of whites, creams, stone and a little black. This means that whatever you are imagining for your wedding's colour palette - whites, pastels or vibrant tones - the space can take it! There's nothing to clash with your decor, so you do you!

2. It offers both historic and contemporary elements

Syon Park is absolutely packed with historic features, but that certainly doesn't mean that your day or your photographs will be old-fashioned! After taking some portraits in the dramatic, ornate Great Library, head over to the conservatory. The crisp whites, clean decor, and tropical palms and cacti give the venue a distinctly modern, trendy feel, so you get the best of both worlds!

3. It's super light & airy

All of the spaces at Syon are exceptionally light and airy. The house and the grand conservatory in particular have light walls and lots of glass, making them a photographer's dream! Natural light is always best for photos, and at Syon you can really maximise every minute of daylight!

4. The spaces have a great flow

Syon Park is made up of multiple spaces - the house, the courtyard, the grounds, the conservatory - meaning that your guests can experience unique settings for each part of the wedding. From a guest's perspective this is exciting, and keeps the momentum going through the day! There are also plenty of different rooms to explore in the house and the conservatory, perfect for smaller groups to get cosy and chat.

5. It's easily accessible for your guests

This may not sound like the most exciting selling point on paper, but hear us out! Syon is close to Heathrow airport, is within walking distance of a train station, is right next door to a Hilton Hotel, and has tonnes of parking (highly unusual for most London venues). If your guests can reach you easily, even the international ones, it's more likely that you can have all your favourite people with you on the day! And by having a hotel immediately next door, nobody has to worry about driving or booking a taxi, and in our experience that means you'll have a great party!

6. Peace of mind for bad weather

If the weather isn't playing ball when your big day arrives, you can still get fabulous wedding photos by making the most of all the gorgeous, bright indoor spaces! The greenery in the conservatory really gives photos an outdoorsy feel, without having to go out in the wind and the rain. The venue even provide a golf buggy to transport the couple around in, so you can stay dry from A to B!
