Kingscote Barn Wedding Photography | Alexa & Will

We will never forget Will & Alexa's wedding at Kingscote Barn. These two poured so much heart and soul into every aspect of their day, and the result was intensely personal and special!

Shortly before their ceremony, Alexa and Will chose to do a first look. We sing the praises of first looks all the time, and even did one ourselves, and the quiet moments these two shared illustrate exactly why. Without the adrenaline and the audience of the big walk down the aisle, they were able to enjoy seeing eachother as a bride and groom for the first time privately. They cried happy tears together, calmed eachothers nerves, then spent a few minutes with us taking portraits so they had less time away from guests during the drinks reception. We can't look at these images without getting a lump in our throat!

The day continued as it started - Alexa & Will's close friend Mabel conducted their ceremony, with beautiful words written especially for them. Next personalised vows were exchanged (and it was at this point we could actually hear guests crying). It was quite clear that these two share an incredible connection, and have so much admiration for one another.

There were too many highlights at this wedding to list them all - the dancing in the evening was out of this world, and we were all treated to a delicious vegan feast! Not to mention the styling - the girls in blush, the boys in black tie (a tux really is hard to beat, so dashing), and the most phenomenal faux flowers we've ever seen! We had to touch them to believe they weren't real. We had so much fun exploring the fields and gardens around Kingscote Barn with these two.

We wish Alexa & Will all the very best for the future - soon after their wedding they embarked upon a move abroad, and we just know fantastic things are coming their way!
